We utilize the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If the noise level becomes too loud (usually means parties, large gatherings, loud sounds or music) you will get a warning. If the noise continues after the warning, you will be asked to leave without a refund. ▪ No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10:00pm. ▪ No shoes inside the property. ▪ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. ▪ No Smoking of any kind in the house. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests. • Please make sure to close door tightly to prevent the door from jamming and draining batteries • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property, including firearms, knives, tasers, or similar items. • Any weapon found will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. • A $1,000 penalty fee will be charged to cover safety and operational impacts. ▪Guests are asked to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from outlets prior to leaving the home. ▪Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, and AC/Heater prior to leaving home. ▪Please do not wear shoes when inside the property. *Recommended: We encourage all guests to bring their own house slippers to wear inside our home. ▪No use of fire is permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. Our central location is close to attractions like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, parks, airports, restaurants, bars, beautiful beaches, shopping malls, grocery stores, and is conveniently located between two major highways.

Guest Access

Our guests will have access to both units, each equipped with a washer and dryer. We provide our guests with contactless self-check-in through smart locks. Home 1: ▪ There are two parking spots on the driveway, two parking spaces inside the garage with two EV charging outlets (Please bring your own EV charging cable(s)), and street parking is also available. Home 2: ▪ There is one parking spot in the front carport + one directly behind the carport, parking for up to two standard to midsize cars on the back driveway, and street parking is also available. *Note: There are two EV charging outlets. Vehicles will need to be parked on the back driveway to be close to the outlets (Please bring your own EV charging cable) Please make yourself feel right at home! We provide our guests with contactless self-check-in through smart locks. Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay. This means that you can enter through the front door or through the garage without any hassle.

We had an amazing stay! Even with a large group of 22 people, the property was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Everything exceeded our expectations. If I’m ever back in the area, this will without question be my go to spot. Highly recommend!

Kevin’s place was clean and convenient. It was close to lots of stores and restaurants. Kevin was very accommodating and made sure we had what we needed. He provided a high chair and air mattresses for our group. His place had lots of thoughtful touches. He was responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again!

Kevin is an awesome host and the homes he provided were magical. Each unit had 3 beds and 3 baths which is so convenient for bigger groups. My party of 22 felt very comfortable and there was still space for our introverts with the two lofts, balcony seating area, and large garage game room. We had a total of 8 parking spaces but we only had to use 5. Kevin was very responsive to questions and helped ease the stresses of booking far out in advance. He was very accommodating of the large group as well, providing air mattresses, and high chairs for my 1 year old as requested. Wrapping up the trip was a breeze since we didn’t have to do much besides take the trash out and throw our towels in the washer. Overall the stay was well worth the price and all my guests were as thoroughly impressed and comfortable with the stay which is all I can ask for. Thanks Kevin.

Me and my large group of 17 enjoyed our stay here. Spacious enough for each family/ couple to get their own room and bathroom. House looks exactly like the pictures provided. Houses very clean and spotless. Would definitely recommend large groups to stay at Kevin’s and would love to book here again when I visit the area.

Kevin’s units were perfect for our group of 16. There was enough bathrooms and beds for everyone to stay comfortably. The host communicated well and provided extensive instructions. The location is centrally located in Orange County with many restaurants and amenities within 10-15 minutes driving distance. Would stay here again with large group!
