One of the few who is willing to work some discount for military! VERY communicative and patient with all questions! Made the trip enjoyable and pretty accurate on the drive from Disneyland to his property which helped a lot!

We loved this Airbnb! The game room was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and perfect room spaces for our two families to stay together. We went to Disneyland and the drive was about 20 minutes there. Excellent location and super comfortable for our stay. Thank you!

Kevin estuvo atento todo el tiempo, excelente ubicación para visitar Disney, el trayecto fue muy cómodo con niños. La propiedad estaba limpia, bien equipada y tal como se describe en el anuncio. Ideal para familias, con espacios suficientes y todo funcionando correctamente. La comunicación con el host fue rápida y clara. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí. Excelentes amenidades! 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kevin’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very clean and well-maintained — you can really tell that a lot of care goes into hosting. All of our expectations were met, and even exceeded. The home had everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to everything. We visited Disneyland and also spent time near the beach, and everything was easily accessible. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, safe, and very pleasant. Kevin was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us.We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described and expected. Kevin was a great host. Kevin responded swiftly with replacement batteries for a ceiling fan remote. Great accommodations for the entire family. I wish there were more televisions in the bedrooms but not a big issue because there were 2 large tvs in each unit.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The game room was definitely a highlight—it kept everyone entertained for hours and made the trip even more fun. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully set up, making it easy for everyone to relax and get a great night’s sleep. What really stood out was how family-friendly the home was. They provided thoughtful baby items, which made traveling with little ones so much easier and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and fun place to stay!

Kevin’s home was perfect for our family of 6! The game room is the perfect touch!! The kids had so much fun in there and it was a great space for them after a 7 hour road trip and long days at Disneyland. I highly recommend for families and the young at heart. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin was a wonderful host. It was a breeze to communicate with Kevin. He was very quick with responding when we had any questions. My family and I loved the space. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and there was enough activities to keep us busy for hours. The house isn't too far from Disneyland. It made it easy for us to come and go. There are a ton of shops and restaurants near by which was a plus for us. We would definitely recommend booking with Kevin to our friends and family!

The place was just as Kevin described it. Easy check in and check out instructions. It was very clean and had a lot of amenities. We would stay here again when visiting California. Thank you Kevin for a great stay!

Our stay was pretty much perfect! Everything was very clean, easy to find, and the kids LOVED the game room. Communication with Kevin was wonderful. He responded in a timely manner, was always very polite, and answered every question and/or concern. I would definitely love to stay again 😁. Thanks so much Kevin!
