Kevin was a wonderful host. It was a breeze to communicate with Kevin. He was very quick with responding when we had any questions. My family and I loved the space. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and there was enough activities to keep us busy for hours. The house isn't too far from Disneyland. It made it easy for us to come and go. There are a ton of shops and restaurants near by which was a plus for us. We would definitely recommend booking with Kevin to our friends and family!

The place was just as Kevin described it. Easy check in and check out instructions. It was very clean and had a lot of amenities. We would stay here again when visiting California. Thank you Kevin for a great stay!

Our stay was pretty much perfect! Everything was very clean, easy to find, and the kids LOVED the game room. Communication with Kevin was wonderful. He responded in a timely manner, was always very polite, and answered every question and/or concern. I would definitely love to stay again 😁. Thanks so much Kevin!

Kevin was so nice, good communication, and always offered help if needed. The place was immaculate, even better than in pictures. I am particular in my vacation stay and I have to admit, I have no bad things to say! Easy to get to, close to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and about 10-15 mins to Disneyland. I wanted a place that was half way between the beach and Disneyland and this place was perfect! The property was clean and quiet. Also had 2 parking space to ourselves, even though we only needed 1. This made it very easy to park to unload. Overall, loved our stay. Will be returning and telling all our family and friends as well.

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s condo. Kevin was a proactive and great host. The condo was very comfortable for my family and my in-laws, and the decor had a really cool vibe. The location worked great for us—about 15–20 minutes to Disneyland and roughly the same to the beach. It was a great home base for the trip and definitely added to the memories. We’d happily stay here again.

We had a great time at Kevin’s place! It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. Only 15-20 mins to Disneyland, close enough to go home e mid-day and return to the park in the evenings. There are also plenty of food options near by. Kevin gave very clear instruction for check in and checkout, and left no room for questions. The house was stocked with smaller toiletries that we forgot to pack which was a lifesaver. There was a baby gate installed at the top of the stairs and a pack and play in the primary bedroom to accommodate our young family. The game room was a hit and kept us entertained while hanging out at the house. We will definitely book Kevin’s place on our next trip back! :-)

Kevin was such an amazing and kind host, and this space felt like a second home for our group! The space was definitely a lot bigger than we imagined, and it was absolutely perfect for our short but exhausting weekend. Coming into a fully-stocked kitchen and bathrooms was very pleasant, also the living room couch and beds in the bedrooms were so comfortable. The game room in the garage definitely put the cherry on top for this place. It was so nice coming back and unwinding by playing a few games at the pool table. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

What a wonderful place to stay! Great communication with the host, simple instructions, squeaky clean, and a safe neighborhood. Close to Disney (20-40 minutes depending on traffic) and fabulous game rooms in the garages (we rented both units). Our big group fit easily into the spacious homes. The beds and pillows were so comfortable one of our party ordered the same brand for her home on the flight home 😊. If I could give this unit a six-star rating, I would!

The 7 days we spent here with 24 people were truly magical. The cleanliness of the house, bathrooms, and kitchen, as well as the beautiful surroundings nearby — everything about this place was perfect. Honestly, it was so good that we almost don’t want to tell anyone about it! If you’re planning to visit this area, don’t hesitate to choose this home. That decision will make your trip even more beautiful.

This home was perfect for two families, consisting of 4 kids and 4 adults, in Los Angeles. Central to the places we visited, including the beach and Disney! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The street outside can be a bit loud... but the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs for those that need it... (we didn't.) While I would definitely stay here again,... I hope they fix the squeaky door to the master bathroom before my next visit!
