We utilize the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund. ▪ No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 10:00pm. ▪ No shoes inside the property. ▪ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. ▪ No Smoking of any kind in the house. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests. • Please make sure to close door tightly to prevent the door from jamming and draining batteries • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property, including firearms, knives, tasers, or similar items. • Any weapon found will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. • A $1,000 penalty fee will be charged to cover safety and operational impacts. ▪Guests are asked to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from outlets prior to leaving the home. ▪Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, and AC/Heater prior to leaving home. ▪Please do not wear shoes when inside the property. *Recommended: We encourage all guests to bring their own house slippers to wear inside our home. ▪No use of fire is permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. The entire home is yours with washer and dryer in the unit. There are 2 parking spots on the driveway, 2 parking spaces inside the garage with 2 EV charging outlets (Please bring your own EV charging cable(s)), and street parking is also available.) Please feel at home! We provide our guests with contactless self-check-in through smart locks. Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay. This means that you can enter through the front door or through the garage without any hassle.

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s condo. Kevin was a proactive and great host. The condo was very comfortable for my family and my in-laws, and the decor had a really cool vibe. The location worked great for us—about 15–20 minutes to Disneyland and roughly the same to the beach. It was a great home base for the trip and definitely added to the memories. We’d happily stay here again.

Had an amazing stay here! My group of 6 planned a trip to disney and needed a spot close by and found this place. It was a perfect location for disney only 25 min with traffic 15 without, and we were able to go to the beach in just 15 min. Everything was clean and stocked and Kevin was really responsive with us. Definitely recommend for a big group. Having 3 full bathrooms was so great since we all had to get ready at the same time. We fit 3 cars just fine in our designated area could even fit a 4th. Thanks Kevin!!
